When in Wisconsin...

don't hump dead people. Yes, that's right. Wisconsin finally made necrophilia illegal. Now, grave robbing's against the law, and bestiality is too (I remember a story in the paper last year about a Wisconsinite trespassing at a dairy farm to try to make it with Elsie the Holstein). I can only imagine this guy really thought those heifers with their big sexy spots and bedroom eyes were asking for it. Obviously.

But the dead body rule wasn't on the books. Yet.

I especially like the judge's answer that "reasonable people would assume that digging up a corpse to have sex with it would be illegal."

Well....yes. However, "reasonable" people don't look at the obituary photos and think, "Dang! That one's real purty. Which cemetery she at? Yessiree! Just need my shovel and pick axe and some Trojans."

Because unprotected sex with a corpse is gross.

But the best part is the court ruled 5-2, which immediately begs the question, "What kind of judge thinks it should be OKAY?"

Now Wisconsin is only the 20th state in the union to make this particular offense a crime, which leaves the majority still seemingly okay with it. I'll let you guess which ones.

To gross yourself out you can read the whole story. Then pass it on to all your Wisconsin friends.
